About Dianne Zaccheo
Dianne Zaccheo is an internationally recognised expert in neurodiversity and ADHD, with over 30 years of experience working across family therapy, coaching, and specialist training.
Background
Holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston University and completed advanced family therapy training at the Kantor Family Institute.
Has spent three decades in private practice, specialising in ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning difficulties, and behavioural challenges.
Combines multiple therapeutic approaches, including CBT, family therapy, coaching, and alternative methods such as art therapy and equine-assisted psychotherapy.
Roles & Impact
Clinical Director of Autism Somerset (a charity promoting autism awareness and best practice).
Consultant and trainer for educational and clinical programs in Europe.
Developer of accredited training courses and online programs for educators, families, and professionals focused on ADHD and neurodiversity.
Approach to Therapy & Coaching
Dianne’s methods blend traditional therapy with personalised coaching. Her work focuses on strategic planning, emotional regulation, and behavioural management tailored to each unique individual and family situation.
About James Nugent
Duck2Water is a swim school and small business founded by James Nugent in the High Wycombe area (Buckinghamshire, UK).
James Nugent (born June 1988) is the Director and founder of Ducks2Water
He operates swimming lessons for children and young people across multiple pool venues, with a focus on building confidence, skills, and positive aquatic experiences.
On social media (@justaboutswimming), James is known as an enthusiastic swimming teacher and business owner, and openly shares his ADHD journey which aligns with the theme of the interview project.
